AG Bell Protest by the Deaf Bilingual Coalition

AG Bell Protest: last summer the Deaf Bilingual Coalition (DBC) protested at the AG Bell “Talk for a Lifetime” conference.  DBC has been holding local community meetings across the U.S., and this five-part vlog series spotlights the Bay Area meeting on August 24, 2007. Barb DiGi and DE presented to a large audience at DCARA’s Deaf Community Center.  Each part is approximately four minutes each.

Joey: Past and Present

In this vlog, Joey discusses about (and shows!) how his ASL skills have evolved over 19 years.  It is becoming more evident and important for us to evaluate our ASL skills, just like we do all the time with our English.
