    Joey,

Congrats to your team’s addition to your many championship trophy.

Nice 3 point shot! Wish we had that back in 1985 while we played at MSD.

    Always a winner my Bro!

    Joey,

thanks for sharing your experience, and your view on regional basketball touraments… I went the local basketball tourments a couple times in the past as a fan. I always wondered whatever it even meant to an individual. It surely helped me get a scoop of an individual’s with the basketball tourment experience and view.

    Congrats for winning a trophy!

    Hi There, Joey:

I am still your very loyal fan! This was a good tape. I agree we need to save the memorable moments in our Deaf Culture. Yesterday I attended a workshop run by our local Catholic Deaf Ministry and there was a man there I have known many years. He knew when the ministry started, the dates and all the ins and outs. I hope to video-tape him soon. The history is so precious!

Excellent clippings. I have been to each regional tourney, except for SWAAD, both as fan or player. I have considered NWAAD as one of top two regions in terms of excellent host and event planning, competition, and good crowds. Keep it up. See you in Montana!!!

I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF THIS VLOG!! Reggie Dean said it all, “No more Deaf Club do-do? Go go go basketball tournaments!” I feel so inspired to see our Deaf heritage, pride, culture, etc. still thriving and that you captured all on video! Almost makes me feel like I was there, and I gotta kick myself for not going as a fan! (Sacramento’s only a hour and half’s drive from here!)

I taught Andy Helm how to play baketball when we were 13 years old. Andy & I always play one on one with full court not half court. We play J.V. and varsity together in WSD. Andy is a great basketball player.

Thank you very much for showing it to us. I enjoyed it. I went to WSD with Andy Helm and his wife. I also lived in a hometown where they lived. I was one of his referees during the Old Timers\’ game.

Its good to see Reggie Dean again. I saw him during the Deaf high school basketball tournament at CSD in Berkely in 1979.

Joey, A job well done! However, I am distressed to see that vlong showed women’s bad plays and none of men’s bad plays. Negative aspect of this vlong is women being put down with these highlights. Equality is vital in all aspect in our lives.
